Kisoji was a section of the Nakasendo, which connected modern-day Tokyo to Kyoto during the Edo period in Japan. Known for its pristine nature and sacred hinoki cypress trees, KISOJI was a well-travelled passage that facilitated trade and brought people closer together.
At KISOJI JAPANESE KITCHEN, we hope to live up to the name and serve as a meeting place for people to share, not only their passion for food, but also their stories. Please enjoy!
